Season 6 Masteries

ALL masteries work except for the ones that give a stat increase and only masteries that give buffs work like the tier 3 masteries for me of course because it isn't evident in other people's masteries because they have working masteries and its just for me and only the buffs from masteries work not the stat increasing masteries
