If you won't fix the matchmaking, atleast let us leave shitty games?

League of legends matchmaking has become a "who has the feeder" simulator. I can accept that. However, what I can't accept is when a 15 minute loss is dragged out to a 20, 25, or 30 minute loss just because one or two players refuse to FF out of spite. If at any point in the game, a 60%+ majority of a solo-queue team wants to get out, they should be able to FF and leave.

It is a bad habit in League that I see quite often, a player feeds in lane hard, their ego is crushed, their teammates hit them with the "?" ping, and then the FF15 vote comes up. The player that threw is mad, and out of spite they refuse to let us queue up to the next game. As a result, the least-fun part of League comes into play: You can't win, but you can't leave.

Riot employees will say "just practice farming" or well-intentioned albeit clueless players will say "any game is winnable!" While the truth is climbing solo-queue players just want to cut their losses and move onto the next game. I would rather potentially win 2 other 20-minute games in the time it takes to play out a 50 minutes 1% chance comeback.

The expectation that we stick around in an already lost game just because a troll wants us to makes zero sense. Especially in a game where the worst player dictates the outcome rather than the best. Solo-queue is already enough of a mind-numbing, patience-testing grind... let us afk and go take a dump or something if our 0-10 botlane wont FF20.

GOD NO PLEASE.

Getting surrender to pass through with 1 more player voting for yes than no is unacceptable for me. Either learn how to have fun while losing a game or just don't play. I never press yes. NEVER (except to get a double nexus explosion). Because I don't like giving up like a little bitch. I guess some people have different opinions and their ego is hurt if they lose a game?

You know, maybe if you stopped giving up games before you lost them you wouldn't lose as many games.

The surplus of unneeded FF votes has a negative impact on the times its a un-winnable match.

Yes in theory all matches are indeed winnable but the odds are often unreasonable. FF should be used when the team reaches consensus that the odds have grown negative beyond the teams majority bottom line.

Sadly with a massive amount of the FF votes being over petty bs like some Diva I AM THE TEAM player losing lane or getting ganked when they failed to ward... the potential time saving aspect is lost. Theres just to much clutter and a lack of sportsmanship in the playerbace that everybody grows jaded to FF votes.

It might change if ya did not see a player weekly spamming /ff every opportunity despite the fact that the other 4 players keep saying no.

Frankly I think the # of folks who use FF properly are such a gross minority of the player base that most folks cant tell what it looks like.

Personally If its to soon to call the match I will always say no with 0 hesitation. If the odds look bad to me then I will wait to vote and see what the majority of my team feels, then go with them. They want to try for the W? aight ill go for it. They want to end it. Then I will move on.

But a selfish player who has no awareness of the game state other then their lane or KDA that thinks being behind 4 kills is the end of the world... that type of player is an idiot, imo. I say carefully consider things like the Gold gap, look at cs, builds, ojbs. What champions are in the match, How do the comps interact, do we have a late game or mid game advantage. Can it realistically be recovered or not?

Agree that maybe it would be better to play 2 additional 20 minute games. But I disagree with your other point, because of how league is now, every game is winnable... you just have to last to late game and win 1 team fight and end. I have been in many games that I thought were obviously losses, but the other team doesn't end and then we win a fight and it is over.
