There's been a couple notable nerfs to ult cd's as of late
Talon's ult was brought up from 75/65/55 to 100/80/60.
Trundle's ult was brought up from 80/70/60 to 110/90/70.
Gangplank's ult was brought up from 140/130/120 to 160/150/140.
And now, on the pbe, Irelia's is finally being brought up from 70/60/50 to 110/85/60.
The reasoning that Riot usually gives for these kinds of nerfs is that they feel that it is unfair to the opposing laner to never have a very clear window of opportunity take advantage of after seeing the opponent use ult. After all, they usually have it back up again by the time you get back to lane after that devastating ult.
Now that these champions which had ult cd's that did indeed feel oppressive to laners playing against them got nerfed, I'd like Riot to address one last point of frustration which rather irks me.
Leblanc's ult: 40/32/24 Cost: 0 mana
What I would really like Riot to change about this ulti is one of two things: Increase the cooldown of earlier ranks and have it scale back down to 24s, or give it a mana cost. I'm not asking for anything too drastic, since even something like decreasing Leblanc's W speed from 1600 to 1300 was met with negative feedback. Increasing it to 60/42/24 OR keeping it 40/32/24 but making it cost 50 mana would suffice. For such a convenient and accessible ult, on an already convenient and accessible kit, something has to go.
