NERF JUNGLERS

They have too much impact on the game, due to the fact that they can literally walk out of the jungle 1 lvl ahead of you with double buffs and full hp at three minutes and gank you; more often than not the game is decided by whomever has the stronger jungler, none of the other roles matter. Most junglers should be at least be consistently at 50% hp after their first double buff clear, and this should be done with a "jungler update" in which junglers lose considerable base stats along with buffs to jungle monsters.
