So this is how a Riot designer speaks without a filter. I have to say, I'm looking forward to seeing more comments like these from Scarizard.
I also agree on the assessment about Shyvana. She has a bajillion different sources of on-hit damage and on-hit buffs to her abilities, along with three different layers of empowerments in her kit, but at the end of the day, all of that complexity generates only a minuscule amount of depth. There is no real choice to how she plays (she runs at you, uses all of their abilities as soon as they're available, keeps on autoattacking you, and repeats until you or she dies), and not that much interesting counterplay to her either (you stay out of range and she's fucked, otherwise you're dead), so there's a lot to be improved in Shyvana's gameplay. It's also worth noting that her dragon form just makes her stronger at everything she does already, instead of truly adding all that much extra gameplay, so if she's to receive changes in the future, they should likely aim to a) tone down the number of redundant mechanics she's been given over time, and b) focus on having each part of her kit contribute something interesting, ideally something that gives both her and her opponent a diversity of choices.
