so, since DFT is getting removed, can we re-add pox arcana?

for those that don't know what i'm talking about, during the black market brawlers event there was an item called pox arcana

built out of lost chapter + an amp tome (tho this could and probably should change) and was intended as a first item, since it gave mana regen (probably flat mana nowadays), 20% CDR and AP

basically, dealing damage with spells would mark enemies up to five times. the item's active would consume the marks to deal damage and restore mana.

the gameplay is way more interesting that DFT and helps give some variation to AP itemization

thoughts, gameplay?
