what's your dream buff?
what i mean is, what's a change to a champion or item or what have you that would make you happy? not even necessarily for balance reasons, either just for cool factor or thematics
personally, having 
fear enemies around him whenever he gets a kill with his ult would be really cool in my opinion. it gives him A. a way to deal with multiple people jumping on him and B. a kind of "oh shit" factor that would thematically be really cool- people finally realizing veigar is a legitimate threat, as opposed to a half-pint novice caster
