I'm sick of bruisers: Garen
Garen, Garen, Garen Was somewhat balanced before your changes but now is getting banned 24/7 because you are not fun to play ageist and stupidly is op I will be listing of his abilities and some changes to make him fun to play ageist and more balanced I know most of these won't come into effect but hopefully Riot will at least glance at it.
His passive: Perseverance regenerates 0.2-1% based on lvl of his max hp every HALF a second when hes taking non minion dmg for 9-4 sec based on lvl at lvl 11 non epic monsters won't stop his passive This passive gives him lane sistane which is so annoying to play ageist when you don't have anything else than potions. here are my changes Change max hp to missing hp so it's easier to deal with and make its so minion dmg can stop his regeneration this way when Garen is low he needs to back off and play safe rather than just dealing with the minion dmg and charging you
His Q: Decisive Strike ACTIVE: Garen removes all slows on him and gains 30% bonus movement speed for a few seconds. BONUS MOVEMENT SPEED DURATION: 1.5-3.5 sec Additionally, his next basic attack within 4.5 seconds deals additional physical damage and Silences his target for 1.5 seconds. First off the dmg of this thing is insane it chunk's you hard in early and late game The speed boost is ok but take out the "removes all slows" on him and then reduce the dmg a bit for early game everything else is ok
His W: Courage Passively Garen permanently gains 0.25 bonus armor and magic resistance every time he kills an enemy up to a maximum of 30 bonus resistances Upon activation Garen reduces incoming damage by 30% for 2-6 seconds. Now this ability is basically ok but reduce the resistance from 30% to 10/15/20/25/30% as he lvl's up the ability
His E: Judgment upon activation Garen spins his sword around his body for 3 seconds For the duration, Garen cannot use basic attacks, is ghosted and deals physical damage in 5-10 based on lvl spins to enemies within range, increased by 33.3% when damaging a single enemy. Judgment can Critically strike , dealing 50%×1 + 2 × bonus critical damage bonus damage. After 1 second, Garen can reactivate Judgment to cancel it immediately, reducing its cooldown by its remaining duration. Now this ability is monstrous in laning First off make it so stuns and silences will stop Judgment and won't reduce the cooldown of it next reduce his 33.3% extra dmg to one target to 10/15/20/25/30% as he lvl's up the ability make so it can't crit that's just a no no
His Ult: Demacian Justice PASSIVE: The enemy with the most kills in the last 5 minutes is marked as the Villain. The mark cannot be assigned to another champion while Garen is in combat with the Villain. If more than one enemy has the same bounty, the enemy who received it first is marked as the Villain. Garen's basic attacks and each spin of Judgment against the Villain deal 1% of target's max. health as bonus true damage. Upon activation Garen calls upon the might of Demacia to attempt to execute the target enemy champion, dealing them magic damage. Demacian Justice deals true damage instead to the Villain. Now this Ult I like I say leave it alone it's passive is fun and unique this is one ability I really enjoy
