wut? hes like the least viable jungler in the meta.

Nocturne is one of the easiest jg champions to counter. He literally announces he's ganking up to 6 seconds before the fact. Yes he has 1 shot potential with his ult but he is a jungle assassin, show be one that doesn't. Also his 1 shot potential requires getting ahead, which is difficult because he needs his ult. See the cycle of pain? Play him, understand him, then comment about him.
