Can you remove autofill for botlane

I would rather wait 30 minutes for a game with people who know to play their roles instead loing every game cause of 0-10 botlane at 10 minutes.and people who autofill bot play like a fcking morons.either take ap carry support champ like lux with no sightsone, push like retards and feed over and over till its uncarriable game.i swear god last 20 loses was every single time cause of uncarriable botlane.its so fcking frustrating .
