What do you think guys & Riot. more damage on** Q **, scaling with his hp and i do wanna see something similar to sion W on shen sheild making him a good tank that can use his HP stats from his items at least.

He needs more rewards for building tanky other than a passive that comes up once every like 10 seconds. Remove the AP scaling on his Q and replace it with % Bonus HP. Possibly do the same with his W.

Shen is fine balance wise imo. He doesn't do a lot of damage but he reduces the enemies damage to the point where it evens out.
