riot will you buff miss fortune who like maybe in the 16-01-2015 pbe ahri? maybe try buffing her mobility or something: making her passive stay forever in her or blah blah you know :/

IMO MF would be much better if:

Passive: after lvl 6 only champs, towers, and large minions break strut, the cap goes to 140ms and builds stacks at half the rate it does now. Make it rain: Buff the slow to 55/60/65/70/75 Impure Shots: Buff so that is does (0.07ad + 0.07ap) bonus magic damage. (so 300 ad and 100 ap would be 28/56/84/112/140)

Her Passive is hardly an issue.

Quite frankly Miss Fortune misses 3 things, and had she possesses any 1 of the 3, she would see much more play

1: Adequate Range that doesn't force her to be in ****ing distance of every bruiser and assassins in the game

2: Effective Self-Peel like Tristana or Vayne's knockback, or Jinx's snare grenades, or to a small extent, even something like Draven's step-aside

3: Mobility like any leaps or dashes

Some people could argue her effective range is higher thanks to her R.

Her R...an ultimate...on an ultimate's cooldown...her channeling R...

I think the key is to change Make It Rain.

Have it reduce the players vision within it similiar to how Rek'Sai's vision works when he is burrowed. Not a full smokescreen like Graves.

Also make it castable while moving. Allowing her to use her passive with it to setup her escapes. This has some simple counterplay as you can make sure she takes damage before you gank.

Finally have it stack Impure shots. For example, the first hit and every 2 after that adds a stack. It will not add to the actual damage(although not a bad idea either). Just the stacks.

Thing that tends to hurt MF is that she falls off quite hard late game. She can still do a lot of damage. But her ult's damage isn't very strong if she doesn't already have stacks. And using it is like putting a flag down saying "CC here please". This would allow her to put down her E on a target to enhance the damage of her ult. As well as setup a keep away zone.

If she becomes too strong form this things can be done to nerf her. But as her kit stands, she'd have to be OP to be viable. A non-mobile ADC with no real self peel just doesn't work right now. And if you build your team to protect the ADC you're probably better off with Kog'Maw, Sivir or Twitch.

Seriously, though.

Just remake item 3124 into an item that gives 30% hybrid pen that doesn't stack with Whisper or Void. That would be all the buff that MF could ever want.

MF is to be honest a bit of a tough choice for me. I absolutely hate her personality, her looks, her voiceover.... But I absolutely love her playstyle. She's one of my favorite ADCs to play, speaking as an ADC main.

I honestly don't think she needs very much to become viable at all. She has a good poking device with her q, can farm reasonably well, is excellent at extended trades and has gooddueling and phenomenal teamfight potential. She's even good at roaming with her passive, which helps her dodge abilities and avoid enemies in lane as well.

The one problem she has is that she lacks any form of escape, and so if she gets flanked or focused she dies extremely quickly, which is why a strong jungler presence is so good (and kind of necessary) against her.

If I had to buff her, all that I would really do is change her passive so that instead of all of the movement speed getting removed upon taking damage, it takes it away 25 movespeed at a time.

MF's passive being permanently up would be broken, more broken then you can imagine... The one thing i'd like to see is her passive not being removed from minion damage. Only enemy champions, jungle minions, and towers.

This way she can more reliably do hit and run tactics which I see alot of MF players go for. Just run in, Q auto attack and using her passive to back off before they can retaliate. But with minions removing this buff it gets pretty annoying.

I think she's fine where she is. I play her from time to time, being one of my fav ADCs and she is pretty great all around.

MF is totally fine.

You just have to work with the fact that she has no escape. Once you're over that, she's a great ADC.

Didn't Riot mention something about Miss Fortune not long ago ? idk something about VU? o_O

KailaTime1/18/2015, 3:03:52 AM1 votes

NOOOO! Then people will play her more, I like being a rare MF main. People can't counter her as easily because they don't know as much about her abilities :)

BeatzBoyFTW1/18/2015, 7:10:41 AM1 votes

MF is actually still pretty strong, especially with her new additional AP ratio buffs from certain patches ago. People are just lazy in playing her and prefers a more broken adc champ. Cough Vayne Cough

How I would change MF:

Innate: Level 1: melee minion, caster minion, and small monster damage does not put her innate on CD (does set it to minimum value, but it starts building back up immediately) Level 6: siege minions no longer put her innate on CD Level 11: melee minions, caster minions, and small monsters no longer affect her innate at all Level 16: siege minions no longer affect her innate and large (but not epic) monsters no longer put her innate on CD Level 18: epic monsters and champions' pets no longer put her innate on CD

Q: becomes Graves-ult-esque skillshot (linear collision skillshot into narrow ConicAoE); numbers rebalanced to reflect new utility

W: gains small AP scaling; AD scaling is reduced slightly; instead of scaling bonus AS, now has static (high) bonus AS, but scaling (starts low; think 2 or fewer seconds) duration

E: base damage reduced slightly; gains small AD scaling; slow persists slightly longer (~ .25s becomes ~.75?) after leaving area and after duration of damage has ended; early slow increased slightly (30? 35?; no change to later levels)

MF has a 52% winrate and an average pick-rate.

Why would you want Riot to be focusing on her when champions like Twitch and Kog and Varus exist?

BlazinHot61/19/2015, 1:04:00 AM1 votes

I main MF and I think shes in a good spot. You need to learn her AA+Q+AA combo. thats half of most champs health in the early game. Ive gotten plenty of kills off her Q bounce as well, where people thought they were safe behind their turret. The only reason her passive could use a buff would be because they keep releasing way too mobile of champs lately.
She synergies soo well with J4 and amumu ults. Add a blitzcrank to that team and she is an unstoppable force to be reckoned with.
