You can mock everyting but her E to be honest.... it's the only solid thing I don't want them to mess with....
and if you can't chase them with it you're either E-ing from close range.. which makes her land farther away OR if you're escpaing you're E-ing from max range... which makes her land closer to the target....

Don't forget that trying to attack an enemy with passive is nigh impossible because of how easily it is canceled. And how the bonus attack speed in Valor scales off of W and not R.
Play around her weaknesses. She has a lot of strengths, and a weird kit, but I won't call her broken, other than the thing about her Q.
She doesn't get additional defense in her ult, but if you play it correctly, you don't need it.

Teemo has a blindthat doesn't work immediatley, in fact most blinds DON'T work immediatly because they use projectiles or have cast times. She doesn't have a gap closer, she has a gap maker. Her ult is used as a chasing ability that turns her gap MAKER into a gap CLOSER that DOES let her chase.
No really, it's awesome that Quinn topics don't get replies from Riot.
I love her e and ultimate, but they really need to buff every other part of her kit or change it and ofc give her defense in valor form
