Separate queues for age differences

I swear there needs to be separate queues for ages differences.

So last game. (Silver 3 game BTW) At the start of the game, I ganked bot lane, and got adc 2 kills, and then does bot lane recall and get items?

No. They stay in lane at 30% hp until the enemy bot lane comes back to lane...I ganked again, and killed the adc...and then I left...

Now...does bot lane recall now to get items?

No! Bot lane is still staying in lane at 20% hp...Finally their adc comes back to lane with both their jungler and mid in tow, and completely destroyed bot lane, and taking our tower at 12 minutes, forcing our bot lane to finally be back at base.

At that point, I was like...This is GG, even though we're still so ahead. And I was right. Bot lane ignored pings to help with dragon, objectives, baron...while the entire time our adc was afk farming in the jungle while fed...like jesus christ, WTF is this...I asked how old were the bot lane duo and they told me they're 11 years old. Holy shit. There needs to be a separate queues for age differences, like holy shit.
