So since his passive is more or less useless due to the enemy capturing them ,what if we made it so the spires also effect allies ? By making it like tarics old ult where allies gain half the stats skarner gets and tone down the attack speed and movement speed he gains for balance purposes . Thank you that is all. So far I climbed from silver 5using skarner supp and and silver 5 right now so little by little I'm climbing the latter

can't they just give him like a bard esque passive where he can collect crystals which give him some sort of stats or ability or whatever
that would still encourage roaming and the jungle playstyle without being tied to these spires
