About the Utility mastery tree
So I'm reconfiguring my masteries now because of changes to where I have to put my points to get mana regen, and I noticed that to get the mana regen I had to drop both the points in the experience gain mastery, and one gold generation mastery (I picked Scavenger because bandit seems to be better if you can hit it now and then).
The real reason why the utility mastery tree is so weak compared to the others, is because unless you spend more than the expected 21 points, you can't really get all that many of the actually useful masteries.
The useful ones that you want more than one of maxed (mana regen and CDR) are both so high up that if you take them you don't have much left to spen on other useful things.
Compare to the offense tree which has a lot of useful meaty stuff on the lower tiers, and enough synergy with mid-low tier and mid-high tier masteries that the important choices occur where you have freedom in how to spend your points.
The new changes with swapping the bonus mana and mana regen in a way added three customary points to caster support pages, because while you still want to put three points in mana regen, you still have to put the points you used to put in mana regen in other stuff to get up there.
And they're placed high enough that once you get there you gotta sacrifice stuff you really want, while placing low points in stuff you don't necessarily need or want.
Can we move some of the upper tier masteries further down Rito? Please?
