Gangplank is afflicted by scurvy (or at least used to be)

Is it just me or did Gangplank lose his flavor buffs when they shifted around the buff/debuff locations to where you can't see them properly? I might just be missing them since I haven't been playing GP that much lately, but I remember Shen was free right after and I looked for his Ninja buff and couldn't spot it.

His pirate buff and scurvy "buff" were some awesome flavor, I hope they're not permanently gone (I hope I've just missed them since buffs are now harder to see, but I'm so certain they were in fact missing).
