How is Irelia strong with sheen?

She doesn't seem like she procs it often, so why is it so strong on her?

Her q resets when she kills a target and it applies the sheen proc making it easier to get the reset on a minion. It also procs with all 4 shots of her ult giving her 4 sheen procs of all in damage if she so chooses.

Q procs it everytime. when she activates W she procs same with E same with ult ( 4times )

She gets sheen because it leads to triforce. Idk if you remember but before triforce got changed nobody picked irelia. It was when triforce stat changed from crit to attack speed did irelia become popular.

Sheen is good for her Q because it gives it a nice amount of burst and then it leads to triforce which is an item literally perfect for her.

You mean when TriForce was reverted back to having AS.

I picked Irelia before and during the TriForce gutting around the Marksmen Update. It was that period where you saw Guinsoo Rageblade Irelia, before that item got gutted. Then it took a couple patches of "what on earth should I build" before the TriForce got back some of its stats.

Hecarim was in the same state while TriForce was down.

item 3057 is the most offensive of the three cuz of the passive, but gives non offensive stats; item 3044 is the safest and with more balanced stats; item 3101 only gives AS and CDR and both of those stats don't work all by themselves.
