How do you carry a game where your enemy plays so safe that you can't really poke them out of lane?

To further tilt you, the whole other team is normally under their tower when you try to get a roam out. What are your countermeasures for this?

Kind of a vague question to be honest but I will try to give you an answer.

If the enemy is sitting under tower and I don't think I can dive them then I don't go to that lane because time = money. Any time you are spent not collecting gold is time you are wasting. If you recall it better be to get a huge power spike because the time you waste doing the recall animation and then walking back to where there IS gold is time spent not getting gold.

If the whole enemy team is under their tower then guess where they are not? Their jungle. I'll go into the enemy jungle and put down wards and clear as many camps as I can. If I am counter jungling the enemy and I am spotted the laners will have to sacrifice gold to tower in order to leave lane and help their jungler. As long as I get away I come out ahead because even if I don't get a single camp to give myself gold I took away gold from the lane/s that came to help the jungler since now their CS is dying to the tower ssince they were under the tower.

Sometimes if I have no gold to get (Either I'm a jungler and I cleared all my camps and know theres no enemy camps on the side of the map I am on or I am a laner and pushed to the enemy tower) I will start an important objective knowing that I am being spotted. For example, if I am mid and see the enemy support ward dragon and I push to tower and know that bottom lane is pushed to tower I will go towards dragon pit and make it seem like I'm going to take the dragon. This way people are leaving their lanes and allowing CS to die to tower in order to stop me.

Just remember that time is money and if you can't make the money yourself then you need to make it so the enemy is not making it either.

Sometimes if I see a huge wave going to the enemy tower and the enemy is sitting safe under tower I will go to that lane and play aggressive so that it is hard for that lane to clear the CS. The more they miss the better off my team is in the long run.

League is not all about getting kills to get gold to get ahead. It is also about denying the enemy team gold and there are a lot of tactics to accomplish this that a lot of lower elo players do not do.

Okay, so say I do all of this. What can I do if my teammates start feeding at the 3-5min mark? It's becoming quite common. I try to get my jgler up top to help me every game by letting the enemy push in to my tower. But it rarely ever happens. When it does, I can have more map pressure and try to stop the bleeding. If not, then I'm stuck in a stalemate and if I feel too pressured, I start making rash decisions because playing it safe is no longer an option since I want to try to stop the bleeding.

More often than not, this leads to me feeding and getting REALLY frustrated as I now can't secure a lead.

Honestly the answer is that the lower the elo you are in the less it matters if your team mates are bad. Someone that is 'fed' in Gold will have a GPM of like 370-400 and it is easy to achieve 500+ so it is easy to out carry. You just ward a lot and make a pick and force 5v4s. If you are farming correctly and have taht 500+ GPM you can split and usually force them to send 2 after you making it so it is 4v3 for your team. If you play smart you can kill 1 and get away or at least waste their time and give your team time to clean up.

My personal strat in low elo is to just push all over the map and counter jungle a bunch until the enemy jungler is useless and my team gets a bunch of free gold from towers. Your team mates are actually the same skill level as the enemy so if you give them a bunch of free gold from towers they will do better than their counterparts.

Make the wave push towards your side of the map and zone the enemy away from CS.

If they keep playing safe, they just lose the CS; they need to fight you for it or break the freeze.
