Why does no one play Nocturne?

I always find Nocturne really strong when he jungles and there isn't really anyone that can out duel him once he gets a kill. Is it just because he is outshined by other junglers in terms of utility like lee sin, vi and j4 or because he's mana hungry? When I play him I seem to do very well even when I'm behind because he is just so useful in teamfights if he catches someone out of position. He has two steroids that stack on top of each other with his insane passive that deals 120% of his ad once every 10 seconds and is reducible by auto attacks. Even without his ult he can still duel a squishy if he lands his fear with no problem. So why isn't he played when he is sleeper OP and so fun to play as?

Lots of junglers that do everything he does, but better. Nocturne is forced to choose between being a tank or being an assassin, but champions like Jarvan, Vi, and Lee Sin get to be both, while also bringing more CC to their team, and getting through the jungle more effectively.

He isn't horrible. I enjoy the guy. My only issue is how hard the jungle hits him.

Some kind of issue with how Riot prioritizes champions to change. Such as Evelynn (No plans, wtf?) Yorick (Completely useless)

While the 100+ champ count does make balancing difficult, Riot pours their manpower into new champs and not the old champs with the old kit rules with the old stats.... Yorick

It's a shame that they haven't revealed a new champion since 2 months ago and right now they're only focusing on balancing already balanced Ahri instead of nerfing godlike junglers and mids inc. lee sin, j4 and zed. IDK what Riot is thinking but it seems to me that they never listens to player's suggestions and just fuck everything up next patch. "Akali and Zed doing too much dmg to champions? KK let's reduce their range and attack speed." Riot balance in a nutshell.

Your team comp compared to them does not help you out late game, althought the Jinx had a double kill early on, look at who the front line for your team would have been versus thiers. They have 3 tanky on the front lines versus literally no tnaky on your side. Not to mention two of those tanks have fantastic damage to accompany them. And the Talon can assassinate easily. Quinn just has to clean up the fight. With or Without Nocturne, I highly doubt you were winning that fight.

They had a 7,000 gold lead 25 minutes in and maintained it the rest of the game, do you really think how we hypothetically would have fared in the late game matters?
