I can't believe that there still isn't a channel interrupt on Talon's E

Why is the ability called "cutthroat" anyways after the silence removal? Instead of giving back his silence, a channel interrupt would be more appropriate for him to trade against champions like Fiddlesticks and Katarina. You gave back Kassadin's ability to interrupt channels with his Q after removing his silence but what about Talon?

I honestly think that a channel breaker is way better than a brief 1 second slow because the channel interruption just allows him to make so many strategic plays on the champions that are supposedly used to counter him. In addition to that, Talon is capable of dropping his entire combo in 1.5 seconds so an inferior slow is not what he needs when his Rake offers an AoE slow for 2 seconds that re-applies on its way back.

IDC if Leblanc also gets the same buff after they had buffed Talon because it won't make a huge difference in laning since no one is that stupid to pick a champion like Katarina to counter Leblanc.

Rito, please implement this small change on to Talon because he hasn't had a proper compensation buff in a while now.

Because he was killing Katarina in lane which Riot didn't like. Cuts into their Katarina sales when people won't buy her skins if they actually have to do something other than roll their face over the keyboard to get pentas

Maybe someone at riot actually thinks that the slow on his e is a good form of cc. Maybe he's the same guy that believes talon's passive goes well with his play-style, and that's why they want his e to have a very small slow.

Honestly, its probably because katarina is such a popular champ. I mean god forbid talon actually having an ability that is good against her.

I've played a lot of Talon, I think he's fine. No "compensation" needed pls.

Simple.

Riot hates Talon.

I would love it if they gave a champion like talon the ability to disable other champions from dashing for x time.

i dont know.

The 99% movement speed slow solved an actually critical issue about playing Talon, where Talon is actually countered by high movement speed.

If the target moves at over 450 movement speed, Talon cannot complete his AA+Q combo, and a Talon that cannot do AA+Q is comparable to a noob Zed in terms of kill effectiveness. The slow acted to make Talon's AA+Q always work in regards to enemy movement speed amount, which I liked.

So if it's channel interruption vs. that slow and I cannot choose both, I would actually take the slow.

This isn't to say that I don't think Talon got enough compensation for losing a soft CC in his kit, just that the slow actually fixed a problem that I noticed over my games with Talon.

The fun part about talon is that the slow lasts for 0.25 seconds not to speak of his worthless passive. Seriously though his passive is a worse version of corkis

Corki passive Corki's basic attacks deal additional true damage equal to 10% of his attack damage. This bonus damage is not affected by critical hits, nor can it damage structures.

Talon passive Talon's autoattacks deal 10% additional damage to any target that is slowed, stunned, immobilized or suppressed.

Talon deals extra attack dmg and corki's deals true dmg. Also talons target needs to be cc'd
