A call for full transparency of the ranked matchmaking & mmr formula

I believe it's fair to ask for this. And from a company that displays their intentions clearly with each ability, champion and item change during patch notes, I'm certain this would restore the faith of the players who feel ever-cheated and slighted by what seems like a spiteful or ignorant system. Either the math and reasoning are there to support the current formula or the formula should need further critique and adjustment, and clear visibility to the players would afford to pursue that.
