If Rammus is OP now, just revert his update instead of nerfing him.

Rammus was a fair and balanced champion before the mid season 7 tank update. He was below 50% win rate. Nobody played him much and he was not considered a good tank to jungle on, being totally outshined by Zac and Lee Sin.

Ever since you updated him, he's been way above 50% winrate even the nerfs thay have done to him doesn't hurt his winrate. Riot should just revert the update they did to Rammus.
