Any chance we'll see Mythic skin quality improved?

I get it. These skins can only be obtained through hextech crafting so they will be extremely rare, which is part of what makes them appealing.

Yet, it feels weird to me that these skins are the "2nd tier" of skins, below ultimate skins and above legendary skins, yet in terms of quality they are basically always going to be inferior to legendary skins, since they lack the voice work and other special polish on visuals that the legendary line gets.

Really think Riot could polish up the skins a little bit with some special voice work and visuals and then these skins would really feel mythic.
