Matchmaking is a joke. So is the rune and mastery system.

How is this in any way fun for anyone? While I don't really agree with the MMR system in its entirety, there is a reason they have it and this is the reason. Why are diamond ranked players allowed to play with people who don't even have all their masteries yet and aren't even close to having all their runes yet? New players are already handicapped enough by being less skilled and then Riot handicaps them further by giving the vastly superior player better stats too. That is total BS if you ask me.
