Matchmaking strikes again. Challengers and masters vs unranked seems really fair

I still don't have enough champions to play ranked yet and I'm getting matched with challenger/master players. It is kind of dumb when my main profile is gold and gets matched with silver/gold in normal games and this one gets matched with plat-challenger every single game so I always lose interest after a couple games of getting stomped. This makes it incredibly difficult to level up so I can buy 20 champs to play ranked.

Renekton is rank 302 in NA, Jhin is 150, and Sej is 571.

Honestly you should just be grateful to have the chance to play in games with great players. You should be learning a lot.

your MMR is high a/f for norms for some reason lol.

im p1, and my normals MMR is silver because I had a couple thousand games in norms before I made the climb lol.

Do you think your ranked MMR should impact your normals MMR more? I can see that. Matchmaking just looks at MMR, these guys just have low(er) normals MMR

The game lasted 35min and the scores were not even far from each others.

They were not playing seriously at all, so they normal mmr is low, and so they are put against gold mmr players.
