Trinket Quality of Life changes (And new player assistance)

Despite trinkets being completely free, a substantial amount of the player base at lower elos forget to use them, or don't understand the importance of vision, nor do they read these boards or discussions on League in general so will never come to understand the power of vision until they experience it for themselves. So, let's fast-track that experience.

Proposal: When a trinket ward is placed, the spot is marked by a small yellow dot on their mini map (for recognition). When the ward comes off of cooldown, it will automatically be placed on the same spot and go on cooldown again if the owner is within 1500 units of original placement (will wait until the champion is within 1500 units to place if further away). Further trinket-wards placed (250 upgrade) will leave additional dots, to a maximum of 3 on the map, and a ward will be placed automatically if at any time a ward is available and the champion comes within 1500 units of a dot. Left-clicking on the dot either on the minimap or on the screen itself removes it.

The one drawback I see with this idea is the added safety a champion will get by being able to place a ward from a distance. That being said, the 1500 unit range is speculative and could be shorter (1000? 750?) if determined necessary.

Proposal #2: Keep the normal trinkets the same, and add a new trinket specifically designed to auto-place from a distance. Un-upgradable (can only swap into one of the normal ones and upgrade it from there). Larger place distance (2000?) balanced by a slightly longer cooldown time so that the downtime is more noticeable by new players (which gets them thinking about wards)

Ward and forget. With more wards automatically being placed, new players will naturally start noticing it on the map more, conditioning them to be aware of the map and ward placement in general, which is a skill we want to foster in the community. Additionally the auto-placement could annoy them to the point where they manually remove the dot and re-assign it elsewhere because they want to reposition the ward.

Regardless, this will get them noticing and thinking about wards, and isn't that what we want as a community?

(Unrelated QoL Change: When a trinket ward is available and off cooldown, and the trinket is upgraded, the trinket goes back on cooldown. Please change this, as it adds a unearned 2-minute penalty for upgrading the trinket and sometimes discourages me to make the purchase.)

Thanks for reading!

I'm confused, is this just for new players?

Because I don't want my fucking trinket auto-placing itself the last place I had it just because I walked near that area.

BTW you extra piece at the end is intentional, it's like how you have the delay when you trade trinkets.
