Why riot buf all items except tanks and ap (buff ap and tank items)

i dont know why , but this season arrive we just saw how ap and tanks got nerfed all the time , while ad, as , letality and crit got buffed.

Feels kinda tiring when im idk ahri 3/0 and a zed 0/3 with a duskblade one shot me because letality is broken.

And even worst tanks , who cant endure any klind of lane because they have super weak early game.

So pls , buff tanks and ap , and nerf ad on general (riot: lets buff crit item so letality isnt an option , riot lets buff letality because no one use it , now an hyper carry one shot me one shot me , and ad caster ( ) one shot me , ye ty)
