Hello dear!

What I can suggest for you is if you have a close friend you've known awhile that makes you feel comfortable and has some form of ranked experience already you two could try to duo together and use some form of voice chat while you play, if you have to mute people do it, starting out it's probably a good idea to mute the enemies straight away! Teammates can sometimes be overbearing too, so if they say anything negative just go ahead and mute them, talking to a friend and trying to just enjoy the game playing your favorite champions can hopefully ease the pressure!!

Take care and good luck out there on the rift~. ♥

The thing someone told me that for some reason really helped me punch through things was the reminder that it wasn't going to get any easier (or harder) whether I played right now, or if I play in a week, so I may as well just get in there and play. Sure it might be a loss, but that's always going to be the case, and if I'm not at my ranked goal, then I'm going to have to do it sooner or later, so just do it.

Also, <shia lebeouf video here>.

(Obviously this just applies to ranked anxiety in a broad sense, and not to being tilted, since there you actually should take a break.)

Lol guess it has to be good advice if someone is going to try and pass it off as their own xD

best advice: play until you dont give a flying fuck about ranked so that it becomes natural

How are you anxious of playing vs people your skill level. Better than cancer normals where you take a lottery ticket and see which team has the better ranked players

that....isn't really the issue. it's the pressure generally of having a situation where it is more than a game. in ranked people get anxious because well losing matters. in normals everyone gets a participation prize and the winner gets bragging rights for 2.4 seconds. normals might be lottery but they're mentally safe. ranked you're going to have people of your skill....so if you get steam rolled well either you dun goofed it, or you feel boosted. which eventually if the latter is true you'll drop to where you "should be"

Yea if your only gain out of ranked is winning or losing you can have anxiety. For me I see it as a measure of whether I'm improving or not. Honestly it's really unlikely to get demoted by like 2 tiers unless it's your fault, normally you climb as you get better
