Would league be more fun if EVERY champion was really "broken"

Would the game be more fun if every champion was just busted or if their ability's were just way better then they are now. Like if on Vayne's ult you had 5 seconds of invisibility each tumble or if Kayle's ult gave 10 seconds of invincibility.If every champ has something that made them uniquely broken would the game be more diverse and fun?
