Udyr or Lee Sin?

Udyr is a very very reliable champion with a bit of everything in his kit (damage over time, damage per second, shield, "lifesteal", movespeed, CC, area of effect damage, burst damage, waveclear, tower shred, etc), but he's very susceptible to becoming garbage based on what's meta.

Lee Sin has burst damage, damage per second, insane mobility, potential full-team cc, stealth reveal, shield, lifesteal, and a slow. He's always meta.

Udyr wins out over Lee Sin in a 1v1, but Lee sin can pick a team up better than Udyr can.

I love playing udyr, He can fight red/blue buff at level 1 without leash with right items. And all his abilities compensate for whatever play style you have with him. I love him because his can be really fast, like really fast. I once had a game were both teams were at half nexus health and there was a big team fight in mid with enemy team approaching our base. I booked it alll the way from our teams nexus (because i just respawned) to the enemyes team nexus and stole it for the team. With boots and spamming E you are like Usan bolt. I have a really fun time playing him although getting kills and ganking takes moderate skill as he no damaging abilities all of them pertain to his auto attack. Q making him significantly faster, W giving him shield and a bit of regen, E being movement speed and stun, and R being aoe damage with auto attack.

However, if lee shin is a champ you really want i would suggest waiting until you have enough for him before making your decision (as getting currency take a lot longer) and hopeing you get lucky with a champ shard.

I'd advise neither. Udyr is possibly getting reworked. Lee Sin, contrary to boards opinion, is actually a weak pick. If you want a fairly immobile tank jungler that counter jungles and focuses on scaling . If you want a very mobile beefy skirmisher (rhaast form) is what you want. They're both better versions of Udyr and lee right now sadly.
