New rune idea/concept. Inspiration tree

can be a keystone but I prefer regular

there is a new NPC in fountain, alongside the regular trader. banker/shadyFigure

with this rune equipped, you can interact with this new NPC and give him gold. and select a team mates of your choice.

that team mate will get 25% of what gold u gave to npc. so if you give NPC 1000, the team mate will get 250. if the team mate also has teh rune equipped, he'll get 30% instead.
Good for one of those game when you're super fed but bot lane carry is doing bad. throw some gold their way cause you'll probably know no matter how fed you get, you won't win with a 1 and a half item ADC at 25 minutes into game.
