The "disabled" affect has no counter play.
Most champions mobility have some counter play. However you have malph ultimate, and hecarim where they can't be affect by any CC, it just means no counter play. Akali has counter play on her ultimate and e dash. Lee sin on his second q. Irelia on her q, anad if she gets cc'd in the middle of it she gets no reset loses her mobility. Leblanc on her W.. all these champions have high mobility, but counter play. The disabled affect makes 0 sense. Every champion should have to wait for cds before going in. That's a mechanic most champions must use. However malphite r or hec, I'm sure I am missing many champs, will just go in, without getting disabled and get out. Hec also terrifies after his ultimate so it's not like you can wait it out then cc him after because you're actually being ccd.
I actually found a list of abilities that cannot be stopped...
R,
R,
R and Q,
R,
R,
R,
R,
R,
R...
Honestly some of these are fine. Darius is ult requires him to stack his passive first so he should be rewarded for that. Warwick R can be qss'd and doesn't deal that much damage if you qss it right away. However then there is Kled, Malphite, Vi, hecarim, Shyvana, (people say she needs her r as a guaranteed gap closer, but have you seen AP shyvana??) who can do insane amount of damage that can only be avoid by a predicted dash, because most dashes are quick enough to dodge malph r... or you just flash which is on a 5 sec cd so good luck on the next 2-3 ults.
