can we please change the item describtion for lord dominiks regards?

change it to "YOU ONLY PENETRATE BONUS ARMOR THAT MEANS ONLY ARMOR THE ENEMYS HAVE FROM RUNES ITEMS ETC YOU STUPID IDIOT!!!" seriously once again saw a zed buy this as first item, i tell him that nobody on the enemy team is a tank and nobody has bought armor yet (and pretty sure noone will AND noone did) and he says "stfu you noob read the item it penetrates their base armor i deal true dmg!" no you dont you idiot and since you bought aswell there was nobody that had (much) more hp than you so you wasted a ton of gold for... 40 ad. gj you smartass idiot.
