i agree, completely uncalled for. Like just last night i was playing some games with 4 other people... we're sitting there in our voice comms chatting up strategy..one had me playing Ahri..so Naturally i clicked ahri and went on my way chatting up strategy..when suddenly one of my guys comes up with a really good idea..what if i played Orianna instead but the timer was creeping down to 0. with seconds left and a leggy client, i managed to click Orianna, my mouse rushing to the lock in button..only to fail to click it.
In the old system everything would have been fine..i'd have gotta my orianna..but with the new one, due to something dumb i dodged. Lost a few LP And made us all wait a whole 5 minutes before being allowed to queue up. like what riot you fcking trolling us or what?
i understand you want us to lock in to make champion selection quicker...But seriously cmon, even PRO teams like to use up all the time they can/need too while they discuss what team comp to play based on what the enemy picked.
forcing us to lock in is stupid and completely uncalled for. While its tolerable in the most case, We'll just lock in. There will be those times when we need every god damn second we can get so we can pick our champion. Having to waste seconds to click lock in is completely irrational. why did you change something that wasn't broken?
For some reason my client is laggy and it types super slow, opens summoner spells super slow..even editing masteries is super slow..even though i'm fine once i get into game, i can even play even more CPU demanding games and everything is fine, so idk why my client is laggy.
anyway, my point is...my client is super laggy, so i need absolutely every second i can get to complete everything i need to do. having to waste time locking in... [slayer-jinx-unamused] ** COMPLETELY POINTLESS**
