Does the grevious wound apply on the first auto attack, or a second auto attack that is made no longer than a second after the first auto attack?
Because if it's the second one, does that mean if your second auto attack takes longer than a second to proc, than it no longer apply the grevious wound?

Ex: Will the effect of Warlord's Bloodlust charged attack be reduced when hitting a champion with Bramble vest for the first time?
I'm wonderring the same, but i guess it does, since this item seems to completely shut down Fiora (she usualy heals when hitting weak spots)
