Grievous Wounds?

Are we going to see any changes to Grievous Wounds, or is it going to remain at 50% like it is today?

I ask because I main , and with the PBE as it stands - I know, I know we're very early in PBE - I won't be able to play my main because Mortal Reminder will render her useless relatively early in the game. It's bad enough playing against mages with Morellonomicon, but at least that only triggers on low-health targets.

I understand that she's probably too strong right now, but giving the current Grievous Wounds to every bot lane won't just scale her back - it will get rid of her altogether. At that point, she'll need several hundred AP just to avoid losing net health when she uses her W.
