s5 poke comp

I was thinking was is a good s5 poke comp? Some of the major players in a poke comp (Jayce, nid, gragas ) have been nerfed, wile others like mao have been reworked, new champs and items have been added so who do you think now preforms well in a poke comp? I know the new map is kinda anti siege, but I enjoy poke comps :D champs i was thinking about; - good disengage and poke, can mid or support - same as above - great cc, easy to follow up with more poke - good poke - Great disengage, good poke - ap jungle?
