Can Taliyah W herself? If not, it would be cool. and can she use her passive with the wall from her ult and how about enemy Taliyah ult? thanks

She can't W herself and I do think she gets movement speed from passive on her wall, but don't quote me.
You can't W yourself but you can use your passive with your ult, though the passive has a 5 second cooldown when entering combat and the wall lasts for 6 seconds, so it's not very practical, though if you double tap your ult you will ride it across the map and even across terrain, reactivating it while riding it will allow you to leap off the wall and the wall to continue on, reactivating it while not on the wall will break the wall similar to how Jarvan IVs ult works.
You can move while casting Q so it's sort of like a mini culling, W has sort of a channel time so if you want to combo it with E you need to cast E first. W takes a while to get used to, you need to cast it and then left click to select the direction you want the enemies to go, otherwise they will just be knocked strait up. Leveling order is likely going to be Q first, then either W or E depending on the situation, they have the same cooldown at each of their respective levels so staggering the levels will give you access to the E W combo more often. Q is your main trading tool, maxed, this skill is on a very short cooldown dealing substantial damage when cast outside of worked ground and applying thunderlords easily, on worked ground it's great for CSing from a distance as it only fires a single stone and halves the mana cost.
Taliyah works really well with movement speed so she can land all 5 hits of Q, get in range to catch enemies with W or E, and for roaming with her passive. Re positioning to cut off enemies with R will be a very effective tool while roaming to side lanes and team fighting. You might want to build Zhonias in case you ride the wall into the middle of the enemy team and have to wait for follow up.
For the build you will probably want to build similar to
, grabbing movement speed items whenever you can such as
and
, as well as
for more ultimates. Another item to consider is
, since you can easily apply it in team fights with Q.
That's all I got from the PBE so far, this champ is super fun to play and has some really high impact potential, pretty likely I'm going to add her to my champion pool for mid once she gets released.
As for anyone looking to counter her in lane, champions with reliable mobility and high burst should do pretty well, particularly
, though they should be careful about using mobility spells on top of her E as this will cause them to take additional damage from the spell. For the other lanes anyone with a dash that can go over walls or a
in the support role to get around her wall ganks.
