report for good behavior?

Riot, how about we make a report for being good an option? Right now long as you are not bad you have no reason to go out of the way to follow the summoners code so most players remain neutral and just communicate enough to effectively play the game. Pretty much use positive reinforcement to support good behavior. Being reported for good behavior means simply giving honor to that player wont suffice. Like being the best teammate ever, very supportive and encouraging, or being a great teacher and really helping someone through a hard lane, or advice how to turn around a lane, or that supper friendly player who makes your day better, or the game more fun even when you lose. Who knows perhaps have the tribunal or another system review these reports and get like a pat on the back from riot, like a note saying we appreciate your positive influence on the community or something like that... I feel like a real prize may cause it to get abused. (first time ever using the boars, i might be in the wrong location) what do you all think?
