Teleport is Toxic Now, Revert, Change the penalty?
I don't care which, I'd mostly prefer the ability to cancel it back. 4 Seconds. A LOT can happen in 4 seconds, lets be honest, and if my team gets utterly screwed in those 4 seconds, I want to cancel that TP, but I can't. So I'm stuck going off to die. 1 Second, 1 Second can mean a lot. If I got there a second sooner, the enemies CC ability might still be one cd. Sure I'll have to react fast once there, but its still a second they cant use their ability, and maybe instead I can stun them instead. On the other side of that wait, you just got spotted by the enemy Jungle, and its a Yi. He normally can't kill you in less than 3 seconds, but he sure as hell can with you being stuck an extra second in place.
The excuse given was stupid, I don't give one single damn about someone "bluffing" a TP. Want to punish them, GIVE THEM THE FULL CD for activating the Teleport, not the penalty of death for bad timing. You either commit, or you don't. But you're getting the whole CD.
