As stated, which champion do you think has the worst or most irrelevant passive in the game!?
I am personally voting for Lissandra because she's going to build some mana either way, so it's pretty much useless

He almost never has enough time to auto his target to proc his passive, before he unloads his kit.
If he does get his auto off, the target would, by then, have already escape.

I hate when people say it like this. They cherry pick the good part completely out of context. 10% increased damage on basic attacks on the condition they are cc'd.

Meat Feast1 votesAgreed with the champ resource passives, Swains was pretty useless until they buffed it. Though I'd say as far as death passives go, Sions is actually pretty legit compared to those like Kog and Zyra

Will people ever stop this ''Sion's Passive is bad'' meme? In teamfights, it forces the enemy to waste CC/Damage on the dead Tank or scatter, making them easier to be picked off.
Sion's passive is amazing even if he doesnt get to actually hit anyone.
Ralanr1 votesI think a lot of people think his passive should be useful for 1v1's as well. You make a good point though as my best use of it has been in teamfights.
I think a lot of people think it's bad due to lack of damage. Course not everything is about getting kills. I've often found myself just wailing on the tower when Sion's passive was up. Really great for getting those last few hits.

I am only saying this because anyone who faces Mundo takes ignite, which weakens his passive AND his ult.

Long range mage with a short autoattack range. Using this passive is going to get you killed more often than it's going to get you kills. The only upside is it lets you kill towers slightly faster, but honestly it's just not a passive for a long range mage like Ziggs.
