kayle is weak till level 6 then she is still a weakest version of fighters. at 11 she is moderate powered but still weak in the ADC spectrum here. at 16 there are few to none champs who can oppose her. she is meant to be strong late if she is at this stage either burst her or just simply flank her by surrounding her.
You are a noob or how did you lose to a kayle? She is kinda weak atm I think
