What's the fastest way to grind to level 30?

Buy a fuckton of RP, and buy both kinds of exp boosts (time boost and win boost).
Every loss will give you 2x exp (time boost).
Every win will give you 3x exp (time + win boost).
botting. it is forbidden but as you probably know riot does nothing about it.
How long would it take 6-7 hours a day with exp boost from level 22 - 30?
Evaluate whether you play the game frequently or not and decide which XP boost is more cost-effective for you. I recommend win-based. Potentially less RP, but it's always there if you take a break or whatnot, you can't not benefit from it. Play lots of Summoner's Rift. Other game modes and maps usually won't give you what you need. Bot games will be the easiest to farm XP. I always recommend going to Team-Builder asap though. It'll give you much-needed experience (not XP -I mean experience.)
