Can we Disable Azir till R is fixed?

Anyone who has played Azir can vouch for me, that his R is currently not working. Most of the time it goes through enemy champions does no damage either. That mixed in with his lag on Azirs other abilities just don't make him viable at the moment.

You guys are probably wondering why I want him disabled, because he's not game breaking OP or abusive glitchy. I want him disabled for the moment so people don't pick him. After patch 4.19 he's broken even more now and the matches I've played him with/against have seen him be a feeder due to his abilities not working properly. This often leads to a 4v5 match because of how broken Azir is. I have to admit this as well, that since 4.19 I've used Azir maybe 7 or 8 times, and I've pretty much fed the opposing team as well, because of not having an R that works and my abilities lagging.

I remember when they used to disable champs if one thing wasn't working. So why does Azir have all these bugs but he's still pickable? Maybe they just don't want to admit how poorly he plays?

I pick him sometimes until i found out hes still buggy as trucks! I want to q this creep and the soldiers are on top of him, Q wont work. I tried to ult karma, doesnt phase her at all. In fact, when i ult her, she just pause for a split second and keeps on moving. i dont even think she even took damage out of the 10+ times I ulted her.

In all honesty, I rarely see him picked, so I dont see much of an issue. I think everyone is catching on he has issues.
