here is how her ult works

Death Lotus

ACTIVE: Katarina rapidly spins in place and channels for 2.5 seconds, throwing a barrage of up to 30 daggers at the closest 3 enemy champions within range. Each dagger deals magic damage and applies Griveous Wounds for 3 seconds, reducing regeneration and incoming healing by 50%.

Death Lotus can hit a single enemy champion no more than 10 times. MAGIC DAMAGE PER DAGGER: 40 / 57.5 / 75 (+ 25% AP) (+ 37.5% bonus AD) MAXIMUM DAMAGE TO EACH ENEMY: 400 / 575 / 750 (+ 250% AP) (+ 375% bonus AD)

Also due to Katarina's play style she is usually right beside an enemy when she does that , any cc other than a slow or root will cancel it which means that as long as you don't do anything stupid like try to fight her when alone past six you should be fine.

She is just popular at the moment with the assasin meta she does not need any real nerfs I believe

After channeling for 1.5 seconds, Fiddlesticks teleports to nearby target location with a murder of crows flying wildly around him for 5 seconds, dealing magic damage to all enemy units within 600 range each second.

Magic Damage per Second: 125 / 225 / 325 (+ 45% AP) Max Magic Damage per Target: 625 / 1125 / 1625 (+ 225% AP)

Unlike Death Lotus it is not limited to three targets.
