you cant prevent a full build tryndamere from killing you and especially if he has his ultimate , goes the same for yasuo you kill him 10 time and he win the game if you got no way to lock down him .
If you buff tenacity you will help those champion . If cc doesnt exist or is not strong enough to deal with other champion then cc champion are completely useless and also left with no damage .

right now im talking about bruisers/fighters.
most trynd players just go att speed and lifesteal and afk split.
they never group so the cc talk doesnt have anything to do with them.

and maybe increasing their stat . You cant think about touching cc based on distance for example 
E whos a pull or ult and since there is maybe no diminishing return at some point it would be the best way for the game to go lovey doley in my opinion .
Revive Dominion1 votesYou've listed quite a few characters there that have literally needed to be buffed stronger or had parts of them reworked because they were too shut down by CC.
Practically every new character has CC in this game. We're getting to a point where Riot even inherently agrees as you can now have Merc Treads (30%) + Unflinching (20%) + Legend: Tenacity (20%).
This by the way is the meta way to play characters like Garen. Literally just bulking on Tenacity ASAP to become playable.
