Why does the jungle have soo much impact into the game?

IT tilts me Riot. playing mid lane winning lane doesn't mean shit anymore if the enemy has a good jungler. you can't play aggressively. just stay under tower farm warding helps half of the time. then he will just adapt.

:'(

I am so confused this week junglers have been winning or losing the game something happened but I can't figure out what. am I getting worse? or am I playing too aggressive? WHAT IS IT :'(

Junglers unless in a super weak state will always hold a large impact on games.

They are a role intended to be out of sight most of laning phase and to try and get the jump on people, meaning a good jungler and negligent lanes decide games.

If you're mid and ahead maybe try going for roams to help out your other lanes and counter the enemies ganks.

The power of a jungler scales with the stupidity of the enemy laner. And the power to solo carry was taken away from junglers (when all 10 players are of equal skill).

Biased balance team.

Jungle is strongest individual role for over a year, but they like it and don't care how many games it ruins.

It's because they have the most impact on lanes. Jungler affects 3 lanes, can snowball a close lane, can fix a losing lane, can give people time to scale...

It's inherent in the nature of the role. Jungler is always going to be one of two champions: Someone that can set up a win early, or someone that's needing to be alone and farm up.

It's a similar reason as to why botlane has the most impact out of all three lanes. Botlane inherently has at least one of the best scaling members of the team, but, more importantly, has two people in it, and thereby affects 40% of the team directly, by simply existing. Jungle affects the entire team, directly and indirectly.
