What should be changed about Neeko, from a Neeko main

This is all an opinion, keep that in mind

Nerf her base AD, and W passive damage, not her root durations

Put back the last champion hit condition, but make it harder to upgrade the E, having to hit 4 units

Make her W cost mana, not a lot of mana, maybe 25 mana will do

Make her Q cost less mana and E more mana. She relies more on combos and by doing this the combo orientation will make her overall harder to play

I don't think she needs buffs , if anything , people want her to be nerfed tho

To be honest she is not all that bad apart from I have noticed her auto attack range is much higher than it is supposed to be. I was playing Nasus and with a 600 range wither she was standing still and auto attacking me (i was rooted) multiple times and even taking a step or two towards her to try and get the wither on so i can walk away in peace I could not wither her.

Neeko is supposed to have a 550 auto attack range. It needs checked to make sure that is actually the case still.

That said, 4 things hit for empowered E is a little much. 3 would be good though.

Another suggestion that was mentioned is shifting some damage from the Q initial to a bit more on the 2nd and 3rd. That way it nerfs just Q poking, but keeps the reward for the full Q hit.

As for the on hit of W? Nah. That is a double cost ability which is weird and wonky and will likely cause so many issues. It already has a mana cost to use her W clone, so how would she get the W passive mana triggered? It just sounds odd.
