Supports get NO LOVE

So i play mainly support and i notice that i NEVER get an S grade, just now i went 0-1-20 with Leona in a ranked game (34 min long) which i think is an amazing score. yet i received a B+ as my grade.....not even an A. I supported 20 peoples kills and only died ONCE and yet this game just told me that i did a B+ job. And this happens ALL OF THE TIME!! Like it confuses me because what more can i do to get an S grade, like do i have to get a Pentakill as a support to get an S. And what grinds me the most is i see all these people get S grades and there score is not even that good. For instance, the same game i went 0-1-20 in, a Master Yi (Which is OP as heck and can do a hell of a lot better than he did) went 13-4-8. THATS NOT EVEN THAT GOOD, AND HE GOT AN "S" GRADE !!!!!! I wish this game could please fix its grading system for Supports.

I got S+ on Blitzcrank going 9/9/21 and losing so...

Maybe all Leonas go 5/0/25. Mastery is based on everyone's performance. For example, if the average Yorick goes 1/0 and the best Yoricks go 2/0 and you go 4/0, you will get an S+(probably) and also gradually make it require a 3/0 instead of a 2/0 to get an S+.

Just getting 0 or 1 deaths and a ton of assists doesn't really mean much. You need to contribute more to the game if you want an S rating. Make sure you're harassing and warding. Towers, objectives and other things are taken into play. I think your champ mastery has something to do with your rating as well.

Supports get NO LOVE So i play mainly support and i notice that i NEVER get an S grade,

Grades have no bias against supports due to how they work.

If you play Annie support, you're compared against all other Annie supports as a big part of your grade. Riot has confirmed that.

Also, it would seem how well you do compared to your opponent in the same roll has a massive impact on your grade. If you go 0/0/20 as a support but your rival goes 0/0/20: you're not getting an S rank. If you go 0/5/20 and your rival goes 0/7/1, you're probably getting an S rank.

Beyond that: Riot is keeping the exact mechanics of how grading works as a secret to avoid people exploiting the system, but they're pretty confident their grading system can't be exploited. What that basically says to me is that Riot didn't want to worry about creating a sleek, sexy, and simplistic tooltip on how their grading system works and they went crazy with a bunch of messy functions that look at a wide range of stat points for how grades are determined. It's quite possible doing things like warding and leads in towers, dragons, and baron play a roll in your score.

If nothing else: you can be sure there's a lot more to grades than your K/D/A.

You also only placed 15 wards as a support in a 30+ min game lol
